ANNOUNCEMENT

For safety reasons, during the COvid-19 Pandemic, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be approved during the pandemic to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We apologize for the inconvenience of this temporary change in policy. 

All sale/clearance, custom, gift, and body/undergarment items are non-returnable. We will be happy to exchange or give store credit for items that are unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags attached. You may exchange merchandise within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. There is also a 25% restocking fee for all items returns. There are no returns on custom items. You must email us at pinkchiefboutique@gmail.com to request a Return Approval Number before you return any merchandise. In this email, include your contact information, the item description, cost, and reason for return/exchange. The number will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please ship back items securely packed in the original package if possible. Make sure you write the Return Approval Number on the outside of the package for quick processing. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature. If you are in the Macon area, you can exchange your items at the store location. Pink Chief's website is not able to process a return for merchandise that was purchased in-store.The following information is how your return package should be labeled:

Do you offer gift cards online and in-store? If so, how do I purchase a Pink Chief Boutique Gift Card??

 

We do offer the purchase of gift cards both online and in-store. To purchase a gift card online, simply add the gift card at the specified amount that you want to your shopping cart. In-store, we can add it to your purchase total. Either way your gift card will be given in a handy carrier to ensure its safe arrival.

 

How do I become a Pink Chiefer to gain exclusives updates and offers?

 

There are two ways to become a Pink Chiefer which is our term for our "VIP" clients. You can buy into the VIP status buy purchasing one of the Pink Chief T-shirts. All proceeds from the sales of the T-shirts go to the Susan G. Komen foundation. The second method is purchase power. Once you have made over 10 purchases with our company, you automatically become a VIP client. Now the big question. What do I get for being a Pink Chiefer? Glad you asked. You will automatically receive 20% off your purchases. This includes clearance and sales items. You get to view all the inventory prior to its release in the store. You will be able to Pre-Order items prior to their release in the store. You also will become a part of our Pink Council, where you will be able to give valuable input to what is chosen to be sold in the store and online. Membership definitely has its rewards.
